It all started with Ronnie Croussett

Our purpose is to assist families in need that are affected by Leukemia.

We are an organization originally founded by members of Fountain of Salvation Church as part of PAS (Programas de Ayuda Social - Social Assistance Programs). One of these institutions is PASPLAND, serving children in Latin America for over 20 years. Among these children is Amairanis, a little girl in Mexico with Leukemia and a family struggling to pay for treatment and traveling hours away to the clinic that is administering it. Your donations will support this cause as well as contribute to the Leilaniz Yvette Croussett Fund, named for Ronnie Croussett's daughter.

Ronnie Croussett was a man who fully embodied the epitome of kindness and patience. So many of us go through life in hopes of leaving a legacy in remembrance of the things we have said or done. This was a man who was notorious for being a listener--literally remembered for not saying a word. There was a genuineness when this man listened that caused for so many to go to him in times of pain, joy, growth, or desperation. In fact, he did it for a living. He had a Masters Degree in Counseling, and even shared a workplace with his wife Sonyvette, also having an M.A. in Psychology.

Ronnie Croussett was totally devoted to his church, Fountain of Salvation in Jersey City, since first committing his life to Jesus as a teenager. He and his brother Stacey were an unstoppable force of love and charisma. Everybody. Loved. Ronnie. Not only for his famously handsome smile, and legendary athleticism, but for the impact he had on everyone’s life. Even losing at a ping pong match would make you happy. The love of God resonated so brightly in his heart, that it showed everywhere he went and in everything he did. This was what motivated him to be a part of missionary trips to the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Spain, and Haiti. Not only could at-risk youth in Jersey City say “Ronnie was there for me”, but also children from all over the world. The fact is, that if he was able to, Ronnie was there. No matter who you were, or what form of support you needed, Ronnie was there.

Without a doubt, Ronnie’s parents Grecia & Ramon Croussett raised some amazing young men. Everyone could attest that this was a child-rearing masterpiece. This great feat needed to be carried out into the next generation, so despite being diagnosed with Leukemia, Ronnie and Sonyvette became parents to a beautiful baby girl, Leilaniz. Ronnie became a father, and an awesome one too. He learned from the best, and was a total pro. His gentle heart and love for God showed in everything he did, whether through his work in youth ministry, or in his various roles as father, husband, friend, listener, or mentor.

He will never be forgotten.
